1. Permitted Use

Hosting the Software on infrastructure owned, leased, or controlled by you solely for your own personal use or internal organizational operations is permitted.

Providing ordinary content, files, reports, or other output created through permitted internal use of the Software does not by itself constitute a hosted or productized service, unless the offering enables third parties to use, direct, or substantially obtain the functionality of the Software.

5. No Modification or Reverse Engineering

Except to the extent that applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction, you may not:

a. modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;

b. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover its source code;

c. bypass or disable any technical restriction or licensing mechanism; or

d. remove or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notice.

6. No Transfer of Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Copyright Holder retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this License.

No trademark rights or rights to use the Copyright Holder’s names, logos, or branding are granted.

7. Termination

Your rights under this License terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination, including the ownership, warranty, and liability provisions, will remain in effect.

The Copyright Holder may reinstate your rights in writing.

9. Separate Commercial Licenses

The Copyright Holder may offer separate commercial licenses permitting redistribution, resale, modification, embedding, hosted use, managed services, or other uses not permitted under this License.

A separate license does not modify this License unless expressly stated in writing by the Copyright Holder.
